What it is
An AI agricultural marketplace with marketplace browsing and filters, pricing recommendations that account for freshness decay, and a crop freshness scanning feature.
What I did
- Shipped freshness-threshold alerts for farmers and multiple images per listing, and fixed marketplace filter bugs.
- Moved every backend service onto PostgreSQL and fixed authentication persistence.
- Encrypted Mobile Money numbers at rest with AES-256-GCM, re-encrypting legacy rows on their next write so no data migration was needed.
- Made CI run the 164-test suite on every pull request, and wrote tests for pricing with freshness decay, marketplace filters, admin approval and the outbox poller.
- Load-tested marketplace search with my own harness: 150 concurrent virtual users, 0 errors, p99 1,107 ms against a 2 s target.
